The heart behind Stone Memories

Hi, I'm Jasmine, a mum, and the maker behind Stone Memories.

What began as a small creative outlet after becoming a mum slowly grew into something I hadn't planned: a way to help people hold onto the moments that matter most.

The first stone

Stone Memories began with a gift for a friend.

She had lost her baby, and her first Christmas afterwards was close to the date her little one was due. I wanted to give her something she could hold onto, something that wasn't fleeting or digital, that would honour her baby and her love.

I made her a stone. It was the first one I ever made.

That's when I understood how much a physical keepsake can mean when words aren't enough. Now I make them for other people, for the moments they never want to lose.

Made to hold meaning

Every keepsake is cut by hand from natural travertine or limestone in Brisbane. I leave the edges natural and unsanded, so no two stones are the same. Stone doesn't hurry, and neither do I.

Then it's made yours, with a photo, a line drawing, a few words or a date, whatever you want to keep. Each piece is made to order, and I make it exactly as you've designed it, with care.
