Processing Time

All of our keepsakes are handmade to order. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your piece to be carefully crafted before it is ready to ship.
Each product listing includes its own estimated lead time - if you’re ever unsure, we’re just an email away at hello@stonememories.com.au

If you require your order by a specific date, please reach out before purchasing so we can confirm if we can meet your timeframe.

Shipping Information

We currently ship Australia-wide only.
All keepsakes are packaged in protective boxes and shipped via Australia Post with tracking.

Bulk or Oversized Orders

Our complimentary shipping covers single-piece and small orders.
Due to the natural weight of stone, bulk or oversized orders may incur an additional shipping charge.
If this applies, we’ll contact you before dispatch to confirm the best option.

Delivery Timeframes (after dispatch)

These timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary during peak periods or unforeseen delays.

Express Post

Choosing Express Shipping at checkout applies to the postal delivery speed only.
Production time remains as stated on each product page.
Once your piece is complete, it will be shipped via Express Post.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

Each order includes tracking and protective packaging.
If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and photos so we can assist with a replacement or claim.

International Orders

We currently do not offer international shipping.
If you’re outside Australia and interested in ordering, please email us to discuss special arrangements.
