The finer details

Thickness & Size - Approx. 30mm thick. Sizes range from A6 to A3 (approximate only, as each piece is hand-cut).
Finishes - Choose from metallic (gold, silver, rose gold) accents, which are applied at the artist’s discretion based on your design.
Made to Order - Every piece is created just for you, ensuring a truly unique keepsake.

What to expect

Natural stone variations - Stone is a natural material, so no two pieces will ever be the same. Variations in colour, shape, and texture are to be expected. Veining, small pits, mineral markings, and rugged edges are part of the stone’s unique charm and are not considered faults. What might look like “imperfections” are natural characteristics that make each piece one of a kind.
Your digital preview - The on-screen preview shows your chosen text and layout on a sample stone base. Your final keepsake will follow your design but will be crafted from hand-cut stone, which means its colour, tone, shape, and texture will differ from the digital preview.

Caring for your keepsake

Cleaning - Gently dust or wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaning products, which may damage the detailing.
Water exposure - While the stone itself is water-resistant, metallic accents are delicate and may tarnish if exposed to water.
Display - Best kept indoors in a dry space. Not suitable for outdoor display.

Personalising your piece

Display stand included - A stand is provided with every order. While the stone is thick enough to stand upright, for safety we recommend always displaying your keepsake on the stand provided to prevent tipping or falling.
Safe display - Always place your keepsake and stand on a stable, flat surface. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Custom requests - Have a special idea in mind? Share your fonts, files, or inspiration and we’ll help bring it to life.
Returns - As each piece is custom made, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. Refunds are only available in cases of genuine fault. If your keepsake arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Safety and disclaimer

Customer responsibility - Your keepsake will be made exactly as you design it. Please double-check all spelling, names, dates, numbers, and layout before placing your order. Stone Memories cannot accept responsibility for errors entered by the customer.
Digital previews - Previews are a guide only. The final product will differ in colour, tone, shape, and texture, as every piece of stone is unique.
Display safety - Each order includes a stand for safe display. Never attempt to balance the stone upright without support. Always place on a stable, flat surface and keep out of reach of children and pets.
Liability - Stone Memories is not liable for accidents, damage, or injury resulting from misuse, unsafe display, or failure to follow care instructions.
Refunds - Refunds are only available in the event of a genuine fault on Stone Memories’ end.
