What to expect

Stone Variations: Stone is a natural material - expect variation in color, shape, and surface texture. Each piece is unique.
Imperfections: Natural imperfections such as veining, pits, or rough edges are part of the beauty of stone and are not considered faults.
Hand-cut edges: Edges are cut by hand and left natural and unsanded, so they're uneven and can be sharp. That's part of what makes each piece unique. Please handle with care.
Digital preview: A live preview appears as you design. It's a guide only. Your final piece will have its own texture, veining, shape and tone, and we'll make sure your image and text sit neatly on the stone and aren't cut off.
Check before you order: We make your piece exactly as you've designed it, so please check your photo, spelling and sizing. If you spot a mistake, contact us within [24 hours] of ordering.

Looking after your keepsake

Maintenance: Gently dust or wipe with a dry or lightly damp cloth.
Water: Keep dry and avoid water exposure.
Display: Indoor display only, in a dry environment. Use the included display stand on a flat, stable surface, away from edges and anywhere it could be bumped. Each stone is hand-cut, so it may not sit perfectly flush. If it wobbles, reposition it or contact us.
Handling: Stones are heavy and the hand-cut edges are natural and unsanded, so they can be sharp. Lift with two hands and handle with care.
Keep out of reach: Please keep out of reach of young children and pets.
